Equipment requirements:
- Efficiency rating: 97%+ AFUE
- Must be non-condensing to condensing Learn more
Required Documents:
- Invoice - A paid invoice dated between January 1 2025, and June 30 2027, indicating the type of equipment, installation date, purchase price, model number and serial number.
- AHRI Cert - An Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) certificate, including unit model number, capacity and efficiency performance ratings. All minimum efficiency ratings must be met to qualify for a rebate. Click here for Directory AHRI Certification Directory.
- Photo - Must submit a photo of the old non-condensing equipment to be eligible for the rebate. Photos must be clear with nothing blocking the image of the equipment and flue.
